Logging In
To log in to your SurveyMonkey account:
- Go to the login page.
- Enter your email and click Next.
- Enter your password and click Log in.
- If you're logging in from a device or browser we don't recognize complete account verification.
Account Verification
Any time you log in from a new device or browser, you're required to complete account verification.
To complete account verification:
- After entering your email and password, click Send code.
- Go to your account email inbox and open the verification email with the subject, "New Login Alert," sent from SurveyMonkey.
- Copy and paste your Verification code in SurveyMonkey.
- Create a unique Device nickname to describe your device or browser.
- If you already have two verified devices, Remove one to continue. The removed device is automatically logged out—the next time you want to use it, you’ll need to complete account verification again.
