Login Issues

I forgot my email or password
-
I have multiple accounts and don't know how to login
If you have already changed over to the new way of logging in with your email address, you can enter your email address and password. You can select your username at the top right of the screen, and select Switch accounts. Then choose which account you want to go to next.
If you haven’t switched over to the new way of logging in with your email address, you can enter your email address into the password reset page. A list of your login usernames will be emailed to you. If you don't know your password, you can return to the password reset page and enter your username (not your email). You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password.

Other Ways to Log In
Single Sign-On (SSO)
If your organization has SSO enabled, you can log in with SSO.
If you receive an error that your email address isn't enabled for SSO, make sure you're entering the email address you use for SSO at your organization. If you haven't yet joined your organization's team or you're still encountering log in issues, reach out to your IT department.
Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Microsoft, or Apple
You can link your SurveyMonkey account to Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Microsoft, or Apple and use those credentials to log in. You'll still need to complete account verification if a new device or browser is detected.
Any changes to your email address or password need to be managed from your Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Microsoft or Apple account.
If you forget your password, you can reset it through the platform you’re using to log in. You cannot reset your password through SurveyMonkey.
