Order Issues - I didn't receive my order!

In the bottom right corner of your purchase confirmation or order details page, you will notice one of several tracking status indicators that inform you about the current stage of your shipment.

These tracking statuses include:

Label Created: This status means that the shipping label for your package has been generated. However, the package has not yet been handed over to the carrier or scanned into the shipping system. It is the initial step in the shipping process.

In Transit: When you see this status, it indicates that your package is currently on its way to the destination. It has been picked up by the carrier and is moving through their network, which may include various sorting facilities and transportation hubs.

Out for Delivery: This status signifies that your package has reached the local delivery area and is currently with the delivery driver. It is scheduled to be delivered to your address on the same day.

Delivered: This final status confirms that your package has been successfully delivered to the specified address. You can now expect to receive your order.

To obtain more detailed information about your shipment's progress, simply click or tap on the blue-colored tracking status. This will provide you with additional updates, timestamps, and location details related to your package's journey.
